Easy Granola

Ingredients
3 Cups Oats1/4 tsp kosher salt2 tbs cinnamon3 tbs brown sugar1/3 Cup honey1/4 cup canola oil1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Warm up the honey, canola oil, and vanilla and pour over the oats mixture. Mix well with your hands or with a spoon, but the oats need to be well-coated. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-45 minutes, until a nice golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool in pan. Will crisp up while cooling. Store in an air-tight container. Makes 12 1/4 cup servings.
