Low Carb Almond Spice Tea Cookies

2 cups of almond meal or ground almonds1 cup ZSweet or your choice of artificial sweetener1 tbsp apple pie spice1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients in food processor and pulse until it forms a ball. For each cookie, scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough to form a one-inch ball - place on cookie sheet lined with parchment or a silicone baking mat. Flatten with your hand to about 1/4 inch thickness. Bake 12 minutes.
