creamy vegetable soup

Ingredients
2 carrots peeled and diced1 vidalia onion peeled and diced1 lg. potato peeled and diced1 parsnips peeled and diced1 celery stalk diced1 cup celery root (celeriac)1 cup chopped cabbage3 garlic cloves sliced1 cup diced tomato es1 tsp oregano1 tsp tarragon 1 tsp paprika1 tsp ancho chile powder ( or pieces of a Jalopeno)2 parslay sprigs1 pac. of no salt chicken broth(want vegetarian use veggie broth)2 cups of water.
Directions
serves 4
add all ingredienses and cook until soft. salt and pepper to tase.
remove from stove and let cool a little.
Remove parsley sprigs,and pour the rest into a blender and
puree until smooth.
serve with fresh parsley or fresh basil.
