Fruit Chili Sauce

30 large ripe tomatoes6 onions6 pears or apples6 peaches3 green sweet peppers3 red sweet peppers4 - 6 cups white sugarl large bunch of celery\2 tbsp. pickling salt1 quart cider vinegar1/2 cup mixed picling spice (tied in a a bag)1 small tin tomatoe paste
Directions
Simmer 2 hours. Take out pickling spice and put in jars.
Absolutely delicious!
