* Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove) * *Canola Oil, .7 cup (remove) * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove) * *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove) * *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cup (remove) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 2 tsp (remove) * Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Allspice, 1 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, .67 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove) * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
Mix sugar, egg and oil together. Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly. Mix all dry ingredients together and sift. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture (including the flax seed meal) and mix thoroughly. Mix in water and raisins. Divide thick batter into 7 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for around 40-45 minutes (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
