Flat Belly Diet Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c flour6 T sugar1/2 t ground cinnamon1/2 t salt1/2 t baking powder2 c milk6 large eggs1 T vanilla extract
Directions
In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.

In medium bowl, mix wet indregients.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients; batter will be lumpy.

Using a small ladel, scoop batter and pour onto non-stick griddle or skillet--no need for cooking spray or butter when cooking on non-stick surfaces. They should be about 4 inches in diameter, yielding approximately 3 dozen pancakes.

Add your favorite low calorie syrup (nutrition information does not include syrup). Enjoy!
