Olive OilBlack gram seeds cumin seedsmustard seedsgreen chilliesonioncurry leavespeanutsoats
Directions
Cut Onions , green chillies . Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds , black gram and mustard seeds & peanuts , after mustard seeds splatter add green chillies , onions and curry leaves.
Add water salt and once water boils add oats and cook till water evaporates

    a nice creation but instead of adding water before the oats pouring, one can add water after adding oats. This way, first fry oats in onion mixture in oil. Thank you for the recipe. - 4/6/11
