Dairy-Free Heavenly Vanilla Raspberry Crepes

4 Large Egg Yolks1 Cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk (Vanilla)4 Tbsp Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks1 Cup All-Purpose Flour4 Tsp Sugar1/2 Tsp Salt1/2 Tsp Baking Powder2 Tbsp Powdered sugar1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
In a large bowl, mix almond milk and egg yolks. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and melted butter until well-blended.
Heat a pan over medium heat and pour about a half-cup of batter into the pan. Tip and spread the batter to reach the edges. When bubbles form on the top and edges become dry, flip and cook until lightly browned on the other side and edges are golden.
Fill crepes and garnish top with fresh Raspberries (or any other fruit pertaining to your preference). Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 4 large crepes.
