Easy Hummus

Ingredients
* Cedar Canned Chick Peas per 8.5 oz, 19 oz* Lemon Juice, .125 cup* Water, .25 cup* Pureed Garlic, 1 tsp* Salt, 1 dash* Crushed red pepper, 0.25 tsp* Olive oil, 1 tsp
Directions
NOTE: If you are working with a big food processor, you can puree everything together at one time or if you have a Bullet, like me, split everything (except the olive oil) and do it in two batches.

* Adapt lemon juice, garlic and red pepper to taste
* Put all the ingredients except the olive oil in the processor and puree
* Empty into a bowl and stir in olive oil
* Serve with crackers or bread
