low fat homemade red pepper hummus

Ingredients
S & H garbanzo beans, 1 canFire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.75 cup minced Garlic, 4 tsp
Directions
place all ingredients in the blender (vita mix) and blend till smooth. It took a little work getting the beans all ground, but it was great. Tastes great with cracker bread.
