quick and simple TVP bbq "pork" sandwich filling

Ingredients
Bob's Red Mill TVP, 0.25 cup Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, .25 cupGarlic powder, .5 tsp Onion powder, .5 tbsp Liquid Smoke, 1 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste- I use 1/8 tsp)BBQ Sauce, KC Master Piece, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mircowave safe bowl until well blended. Mirowave on regular power for 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave & stir well. Serve on favorite bread. ENJOY THE SIMPLE GOODNESS!

I made this in just one serving, as my hubby is a very picky carnivore. Could easily be doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc. as needed. This ends up being right around 1/2- 3/4 cup when cooked. Can make 2 sandwiches with 1 serving of filling. Great with low cal hamburger buns to be FULL, with a lot less calories/fat than using actual pork)
