Broccoli & Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli400 grams Whole Wheat Spaghetti [enough for 4 cups cooked spaghetti]3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. freshly grated pepercorns1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions
Prepare large pot of water add salt if desired, bring to a rapid boil, add spaghetti.
Cook 9 minutes for al dente or 11 minutes for more tender .
Chop fresh broccoli stalk and flowerettes, set aside. Mince fresh cloves of garlic, toss in with the olive oil.

While pasta is cooking, use a covered mircowave steamer, add broccoli
Microwave 2 minutes 100% power, reduce to 50% power and microwave 6 - 8 minutes, depending on your microwave wattage.
Toss steamed broccoli with cooked pasta, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh basil and grated pepper.

Ready in aproxiamtely 15 minutes
