Cranberry-White Chocolate Cookies

1 cup all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup country crock + calcium1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 1/3 cups splenda1/2 cup all whites egg substitute1 cups white chocolate morsels 1 (6oz) pkg sweetened dried cranberries
Combine flours, baking powder, salt and baking soda; set aside.
Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add splenda, beating well. Add egg substitute beating until blended after each addition.
Add flour mixture to margarine mixture gradually, beating at low speed until blended. Stir in white chocolate morsels and cranberries.
Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
