Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup milk1/2 cup pumpkin2 eggs1/2 t baking soda2 t baking powder1.5 T apple sauce1 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add wet into the dry and mix until the come together. Measure out by 1/3 c. scoops and cook on a heated skillet.

    I did a Makeover and revised recipe ingredients to reflect what I mentioned before, and changed to egg whites for cholesterol reasons - I might like a little added sweetness, but toppings help. - 1/27/13
