Turkey Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
20 Oz Lean Ground Turkey1 Carrot1/2 Onion1 stalk onion1/2 Cup Instant Rolled Oats2 Eggs2 Tbsp Asiago Cheese1 Tbsp GarlicSeasonings to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Chop Veggies, put into food processor.
Pulse until choppped
Mix together, veggie mix, turkey, egg whites, oats, cheese and spices. ( I like pepper, garlic, a little salt)

Grease muffin pan

Using a 1/3 cup measing cup, drop the mixture into the muffin tin. (Makes 9)

Bake at 350 for 30 Minutes and enjoy!
