Chocolate Pudding Cookies

1 cup butter or margarine (I used 1/2 C unsalted butter and 1/2 C Nucoa margarine)1 C packed brown sugar1 tsp baking soda1 pkg (3.9 oz) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding2 eggs (I used Egg Beaters)2 C flour1/2 C white chocolate chips1/2 C mini chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels.
Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
Store in air tight containers or Ziploc bags.
