3 skinless chicken breasts, cut up in small pieces1 cup diced celery1 cup diced carrot12 cups chicken broth1 pkg Reames noodles1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper, seasonedsmall amount of fresh thyme
Dice celery and carrots while poaching chicken in a pot. Drain chicken, add celery and carrots and all ingredients except noodles. Bring to a boil, simmer until carrots and celery begin to be tender. Add noodles. Cook for about 15 minutes more
