Italian Pizza Bake with Ground Turkey

2/3 cup Bisquick Heart SmartŪ mix4 tablespoons fat-free egg product or 2 egg whites & 1 yolk2 tablespoon water1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 cup diced green or yellow bell pepper1/2 cup chopped onion1 lb of ground tukey1 cup diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, drained (from 14.5-oz can)1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix, egg product, water and garlic powder; spread in pan.
2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until tender and turkey is browned. Stir in tomatoes and Italian seasoning; cook until hot. Spoon over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until golden brown; loosen from sides.
