Ingredients
1lb lean ground turkey0.5 medium red onion, chopped1 large egg, beaten2 tablespoons parsley, chopped1 garlic clove, minced0.5 teaspoon ground tarragon0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. In a large bowl lightly combine turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper
2. Form into 4 burgers
3. Broil burgers till brown, about 5 minutes per side
