honey baked chicken

Ingredients
1 3lb. frying chicken, cut up (remove skin if desired)1/3 c. margarine, melted (use less if you'd like)1/3 c. honey2 Tbl prepared mustard1 tsp salt1 tsp curry powder (hot or mild)
Directions
Arrange chicken in a baking pan, skin side up (if skin on). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces, turning to coat. Bake at 350 degrees for one and a quarter hours, basting every 15 minutes and turning chicken over once or twice during cooking, until chicken is tender and nice, golden brown. Goes great served over rice or egg noodles.
