Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
1 Large Portabella Mushroom1 tomato1 cup chopped lettuceshredded cheese1/2 cup chopped onionscooking oil1 tsp butter
Directions
Put about 1 tablespoon cooking oil in pan. heat. Put Large portabella mushroom in pan to fry for 3 minutes.
Take out and chop or cut into about 10-12 pieces then put back in pan to heat. add chopped tomatoes and chopped onions to pan with mushrooms. leave for 5 mins stirring occasionally.
add butter to pan to melt then stir.
then put on plate add shredded cheese and lettuce.
Enjoy add salt or pepper to taste.
