Lentil Loaf

1 c. uncooked lentil, cooked until soft2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 c. walnuts1 c. rolled oats1 tsp. Italian seasoning1 tsp. poultry seasoning1 tsp. mustard powder ( I left this out by accident)pinch cayenne1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce2 tbsp. tomato paste1 tbsp. ground flaxseed1 tbsp. tamari1 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp. watersalt and pepper
Cook lentils. In food processor, grind garlic, walnuts, oats, flaxseeds, and spices. Pulse until well-ground. Add remaining ingredients, pulsing until well-mixed and pushing sides down with a spatula, as needed. Spread into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 35 minutes. Uncover and let bake another 15 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting and serving. Serve with Mushroom Gravy.
