Burda Bread Pudding Light

Ingredients
Combine 3 eggs and 3 tbsp of sugar, add 2 cups of milk, add 1 cup of raisins. Add cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla or other extract to taste. In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of butter. The butter will be used later. 1 whole wheat bread (from Hannaford or Italian), cubed combine with the milk mix and transfer to the buttered skillet. Place in the oven for 25 minutes, 350F.Combine cream cheese, butter, 0.25 cup of milk and make a smooth mixture over a low heat. Add 3 tbsp of sugar, 0.25 cup of flour and mix well. When the pudding base is ready, cover it with the cream cheese mixture and add almonds on top. Bake for another 20 min.
Directions
If to be served later, heat in the oven in the same skillet.
