Ethiopian Cabbage Curry

1 bag coleslaw mix1 large onion, chopped1 T olive oil2 small potatoes
Directions
Saute onion and potatoes in oil until potatoes start to soften and onions are translucent. Then add cabbage and curry powder to taste. Saute until potatoes are done.
