Strombolli Extreme Light

Ingredients
1 package Reduced Fat Crescents1/2 Cup Cooked Ham1 cup cooked ground turkey20 slices Turkey Pepperoni1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella1/4 cup Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup chopped Onion1/4 cup chopped Green PepperCooking Spray(optional) 4 tablespoons Light Butter
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.

Spread 2 (to make a square) Crescent's out on pan, Pinch pre-cut line between 2 crescent's..Spread Cream Cheese on Crescent. Sprinkle w/ Poppyseed & Italian Seasoning. Add 1/4 of all ingrediants: Onion's, Pepper's, Cooked Turkey, Turkey Pepperoni & cheeses. Mold the crescent by bringing all 4 corners to the center then sealing up gaps. It should resemble a Calzone.

Bake for 20-25 minutes (or till light golden brown) at 375 degrees.

Optional: If desired spread w/ 1 tablespoon light butter before cooling.

Makes 4 Strambolli's (Serving size = 1 Strambolli)
