Olive Oil/Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
6 Tbsp evoo4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp dried oregano2 tsp Sea Salt.25 tsp black pepper.25 tsp Cumin (ground)1 tsp Honey (optional)
Directions
This makes 6 servings of 2 Tablespoons. I put down 30 minutes cooking time even though you don't cook it! I think it is better if it is in the fridge at least 30 minutes before use. You can prepare it the morning/night before if you prefer.

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Refrigerate until ready for use (at least 30 minutes allows flavors to meld, several hours is better).
