Cream of Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 - 11/2 cups of cooked brown rice6 T butter1 medium onion diced4 celery stalks diced3 C chicken broth2 C skim milk1/2 C flour1-2 C diced or shredded chicken, cookedSalt & Pepper
Directions
Cook rice according to instructions ( I used 1 C chicken broth instead of water)
sautee onion and celery in butter until translucent (about 8 min)
Add chicken broth, milk and flour, stirring all ingredients together well. Bring to a boil.
Let simmer a couple of minutes, stirring frequently
Add cooked chicken and rice.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until ready to eat & enjoy!!!
