Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients
1 lb pork spareribs1/4 cup chili sauce1/8 cup brown sugar1 T dark rum1/8 cup ketchup2 T worcestershire sauce2 T low-sodium soy sauce1 clove garlic, crushed1/2 t dry mustardpepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

Return to oven and bake another 1/2 hour at 350F, basting with sauce.
