Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground beef1 lb. bag Elbo Macaroni1 bell pepper (I like 1/2 yellow & 1/2 red), chopped1 med. Onion, chopped3 Celery stalks, chopped2 lg. Cans Diced Tomatoes2 cans tomatoe sauce1 tbsp. Garlic Powder1 tbsp. parsley1 tbsp. basil1 tbsp oregenosalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown Ground beef with seasonings. Boil the macaroni until tender, drain. While those are cooking chop vegetables. Drain excess fat from beef. Add macaroni, beef, tomatoes, peppers, onion, celery, tomato sauce, additional seasonings if desired into large pan. Simmer approx. 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
