Suzy's Oriental Brown Rice

Ingredients
* brown rice 100 grams (raw) * Onions, raw, 119 grams= medium onion finely chopped * Cardamom, ground, 1 tbsp 1 cube of stock (ur choice) + water salt & pepper to taste PAM cooking spray
Directions
wash rice twice then mix everything together thoroughly (except stock). Spray a nonstick pot with PAM & cook mixture on high heat for 3 minutes. Then add stock & water & simmer till it cooks through. Remember that brown rice takes a long time to cook . This makes 2 medium helpings. Enjoy!

tip: You can add ground beef , but remember to adjust the calories :)
