About 5 medium to large globes of kohlrabi, peeled and shredded. Should equal roughly 10 cups.About two cups of radishes, any type will do, shreddedAbout 3 medium raw carrots, shredded, should equal about two cups.3 tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat)3 tbsp Nakano rice vinegar (unseasoned--no cal)Salt and pepper to taste (I like Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt)Garlic powder to tasteOnion powder to taste
Wash, peel, and shred kohlrabi, carrots, and radishes. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate. Can eat immediately or refrigerate for more of a blended flavor. Can add more mayo for a creamier slaw, if you can afford the additional calories. Everyone loves this one!
