* Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup * Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped * Beef, eye of round, 10 oz cubed * Nestle Chef Mate Hot Dog Chili Sauce, 0.15 cup * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tspcayenne pepper 1/4 tspsalt and pepper to tastepinch of smoked paprika
Heat half the olive oil in a pan, and sear the meat. remove from the oil and set aside. Heat the remaining oil and saute onion with a little salt. When the onion becomes soft, add the other vegetables, spices and chili sauce. Cook the vegetables until slightly soft. Add the beans and heat through, then add the meat. Remove from heat and serve with soft corn tortillas.
