Tilapia in Dill Sauce

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper1 Lemon thinly slicedSalt to taste if desired5 grams garlic powder (or 1/8 tsp)1 tsp Lemon Juice Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt 4 oz (or 1/2 cup)Miracle Whip Light 2 tbspDill 2 tbsp
Directions
Spray casserole with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle cayenne over both sides of the tilapia and place in the baking dish. Cover with the thinly sliced lemons (usually about two slices per fillet.) Bake for 15-20 minutes until done or until fish flakes with fork.

Mix together garlic powder, dill, lemon juice, Greek Yogurt, and Mayo. Serve with fish.
