Roasted Yam and Greens

Ingredients
YamOniongreenolive oil
Directions
Preheat over 425
Cube yams toss with olive oil and salt
Bake for 40 min
Chop greens and onions
stir into the roasted yams and bake a few more minutes until greens are the tenderness you like
Spinach takes about a minute, Kale takes about 5 minutes.
You can put the onions in at about 20 minutes if you like them soft.
