Crockpot Corned Beef

Ingredients
1 medium onion, quartered4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered1 bag baby carrots32 ounce box of chicken broth5 cloves of garlic 2 Tablespoons of Truvia 2 Tablespoons Bragg's Cider Vinegar3 lb. Corned Beef brisket1 medium head of cabbage, quartered
Directions
Peel onion and quarter.
Peel potatoes and quarter.

In a small bowl or measuring cup combine 1 cup of Chicken broth with Truvia, Vinegar and seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef.

Put Onion in Crockpot followed by carrots and potatoes. Place Corned Beef atop the vegetables and then pour Vinegar and Truvia mixture over top followed by the rest of the box of broth. Top with cabbage and place lid on top.

Cook 8 hours on low.
