Jell-o Mousse (low carb)

1 small (3 oz.) sugar-free Jell-o, flavor of choice1 1/4 cup BOILING water1 (8 oz.) package Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese (check carbs if different brand)
Makes 4 servings.
Boil 1 1/4 cups water.
While water boiling, take out blender and place cream cheese inside.
Mix Jell-o in water until dissolved. Pour into blender over cream cheese.
Blend until you see lots of air bubbles.
Pour into 4 ramekins and chill until firm.
