Fruit Salad - No Sugar Added

Ingredients
1 - 24 oz Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice1 - 24 oz Dole Mandarin Oranges in 100% Juice1 - .8 oz Vanilla Pudding (Sugar Free-Fat Free)2 - 8 oz Cool Whip - Fat Free1 Cup - Chopped Pecans
Directions
Empty one tub of cool whip in the bottom of a bowl. Make a ditch in the cool whip to add the pudding. Open the pudding and pour into the cool whip. Then place the other cool whip on top. Slowly mix the cool whip and pudding together. Do not mix it fast - the pudding will make a dust and fly out of the bowl. Drain the pineapple and oranges. After the fruit has drained well, pour the fruit into the bowl. Mix well. Then add 6 oz of pecans. Mix well. Add 2 oz of pecans for a garnish. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
