Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
15 oz pkg Honeysuckle White turkey breakfast sausage, cooked & drained8 oz shredded cheddar cheese10 slices white bread 1/2 c chopped onions3 c skim milk3 lg eggs5 lg egg whites1 tsp yellow mustard
Directions
Place 5 slices of bread in bottom of 13x9 pan, sprinkle w/sausage, cheese, and onion. Top w/remaining bread. In a seperate bowl, mix milk, eggs, egg whites, and mustard. Pour slowly over layers. Stor in fridge overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees, covered, for 40 min. Uncover and cook for 15-20 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
