Vicki´s Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients
6 medium eggs (washed and rinsed before cracking opened)1 cup fat free half and half1 cup skim milk1 tsp each vanilla and rum extracts5 packets sweetener1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mix all in blender. Refrigerate overnite. Serve chilled.
