Purple Cow Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (almost any sort of frozen fruit will do...strawberries, pineapple, melon, grapes...try it, you'll like it!)
Directions
Put soy milk and frozen fruit in a blender. Blend until smooth. If it is too thick, you can add a little more soy milk. Pour into a glass.

Makes 1--1 1/2 cup serving
