Turkey Rice Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Turkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or dicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Butter, salted, 1 tbsp *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .25 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup
Directions
Melt buttter in a saucepan, and then add the carrots, mushrooms, celery and onion. Cook until vegetables are crisp/tender. Stir in flour, add broth and milk gradually. Whisking until blended. Reduce heat to simmer. ADd prepared rice and turkey. Cook for 30 minutes
