Lime Jello with Cream Cheese, Pineapple & Mandarin Oranges

Jello: Lime, 2 small or 1 large box (regular used for nutrition calculations)Cream Cheese, 8 oz package (full fat used for nutrition calculations)Dole Crushed Pineapple, 100% pineapple juice no sugar, (drain and save juice to use in place of water), 1 cupDole Mandarin Oranges, 1 cup (drained)
Make jello per package except use pineapple juice for part of water.
Cool jello, but do not allow to congeal.
Add softened cream cheese into jello using blender to whip until smooth.
Place in mold (I use wreath mold for Christmas) and allow to slightly congeal.
Add crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Refrigerate overnight before unmolding.
Makes (~12) 1/2 cup servings.
