Yummy Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice1 cup water1 tsp OXO1 tsp oil2 carrotsbell pepperoniongarlic
Directions
1) Add OXO and water to rice, and cook according to instructions.
2) While rice is cooking, sautee garlic, onions, bell pepper, and carrots in oil.
3) When rice and veggies are done cooking, mix together and serve.
