LowFat suagr free Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1 pckt unflavored gelatin powder4 pckts Splenda1/3 c cocoa1 square unsweetened baking chocolate1/3 c hot water1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup skim milk1 tub Fat Free cool whip or Lite cool whip
Directions
heat 1/3 c water in microwave safe bowl, melt choc sqaure in water. sprinkle gelatin over top, let stand one minute. Stir to dissolve gelatin.
In medium bowl, mix Splenda and cocoa powder. Add milk, stir to dissolve any lumps of cocoa. Add vanilla. Combine gelatin & cocoa mixtures. Let cool 15 mintues to partial set. Fold in coo whip. Chill.
makes 8 1/2 cup servings
