Salty/Sweet Eggs and Rice

Ingredients
1 c. cooked rice2 eggs1 tbsp dark sesame oil1 tbsp sweet chili sauce1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Microwave rice until hot. Meanwhile, heat dark sesame oil in small frying pan over medium heat until it shimmers. Crack in both eggs and fry until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Put eggs on rice, drizzling with remaining sesame oil, and season with chili sauce and soy sauce.
