Very Veggie Chilli

Ground Beef
Directions
Prep veggies- I diced tomatos and sliced carrot and celery on my mandolin. I use a press for the garlic.
Brown Beef. (Turkey is really good, too!) Drain fat. Drain and rinse beans if using canned. For this I prepared dried Kidney beans.
Mix all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
