Slow cooker sauerkraut soup

Ingredients
1 med. potato, cut into 1/4 inch cubes1 lb smoked kielbasa cut into 1/4 inch cubes (you can substitute polish sausage, etc)1 32 oz can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained4 c. chicken broth1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced1 c. cubed cooked chicken2 med. carrots cut into 1/4 inch slices2 celery ribs, sliced2 T. vinegar2 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until the vegetables are tender. Skim any fat off. Yield 12 one cup servings.
