mayonnaiseketchupZatarain's Creole Mustard (coarse brown mustard)
Directions
Mix mayo and ketchup = equal amounts to make a nice pink sauce, add mustard, I use Zatarain's creole mustard, but could not find it in the ingredients listings, to taste. Not sure about the nutritional values, it depends on if you like a hearty amount of sauce, or a little dip! Be careful and use with moderation. Especially good on boiled seafood - if you boil it the south Louisiana way!

    I added paprika, dried parsley and a bit of hot sauce. I didn't have the same kind of mustard as the recipe called for, but just plain old Grey Poupon Dijon worked. I used this on top of salmon patties - 7/28/08
