Ingredients
9 oz deer meat (stew meat)1 onion (2 cups chopped)6 cloves garlic (or to taste)1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp black pepperevoo (1 tbxp)
Directions
while pan is heating add olive oil and garlic
After about 2 minutes add onions and saute for about 5 minutes
add meat and cover and cook until done
