Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup butter2 cups brown sugar, lightly packed2 eggs2 tbsp hot water1 cup potato flour1 cup white rice flour (glutenous)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
Beat 2/3 cup melted butter, 2 cups lightly packed brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp hot water; mix well. Stir in 2 cups flour (1 cup of each flour), 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir in 1 cup of milk chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 C) for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
